2. Begin with Deep Breathing Exercises

Spend a few minutes focusing on your breath. Take slow, deep breaths in through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale through your mouth. This simple practice can help centre your thoughts, reducing any feelings of anxiety or overwhelm, and grounding you for a productive day ahead.

A few minutes of stretching or gentle yoga can work wonders for your body. Not only does it release tension, but it also increases flexibility and circulation, preparing you for a physically active day. Incorporate stretches that target the areas where you tend to hold the most tension, such as your neck, shoulders, and back. You can find lots of yoga guides and practices on YouTube.


4. Practise a Brief Meditation Session


Meditation enhances focus and fosters a sense of inner peace and resilience.

I personally keep a journal next to my bed and spend a few minutes each morning writing down what I am grateful for.
